The Weight Loss Clinic provides doctor-led medical weight management services. All clinical decisions are made by qualified medical professionals. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment is only provided following a formal clinical consultation and assessment.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact Zimbabwe emergency services (994) or go to your nearest hospital immediately.

3. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history
• Inform the clinic of any changes to your health status or medications
• Attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellations
• Use the patient platform only for your own healthcare management
• Keep your account login details secure and confidential

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for consultations and programmes are as listed on our website. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our fees with reasonable notice to existing patients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the clinic's discretion.

5. Prescription Medications

Prescription medications are only provided where clinically appropriate following a medical assessment. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating doctor. It is your responsibility to use prescribed medications exactly as directed and to report any side effects or concerns promptly.

6. Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are conducted via secure video or telephone where available and appropriate. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable private environment and reliable internet connection. Virtual consultations are subject to the same terms as in-person visits.
